How an engagement runs
Most engagements start as a single, well-defined piece of work, not a long contract. We name the destination, agree on what success looks like and how it will be measured, then ship in small steps and correct fast. You see progress in days, not at the end of a quarter.
If the work proves out and there is more worth doing, the relationship continues because it earned its way there, not because it was the price of starting. We would rather prove the loop once than sell a retainer up front.
How it is priced
Priced on the metric the work moves, not on hours. Before we start, we agree on what winning looks like in a number, and the price is set against that, so the math is a straightforward call for you to make. Full detail is on What we do and How we work.
