How we work
The operating method
Five principles. They come from running operations and from running AI, and they turn out to be the same thing.
The five principles
Start with intent
We say plainly what we're trying to do, up front. Once everyone knows the target, the work bends around obstacles to hit it instead of stalling at them. Clear intent is what lets people move without waiting to be told.
Define success before we start
We agree on what winning looks like and how we'll measure it. If we can't name the number we're moving, we don't understand the job yet.
Explain the why
The best plan is the one everyone believes in. People carry out a plan they bought into. They drag their feet on one they didn't.
Keep it simple
The simplest thing that works is usually the sturdiest. We don't add complexity to look busy.
Move in fast iterations
We learn more by shipping small and adjusting than by planning in the dark for months. Small steps, low risk, quick correction.
The method line
The compression, for the places a full page won't fit:
Clear intent. Defined success. Fast iterations.
